What international buyers frequently ask before placing their first order with a Chinese manufacturer.
For standard series products, our MOQ is typically 50 square metres per order. For custom OEM profiles requiring new extrusion dies, the MOQ increases to 200 pieces per series to justify the tooling investment. We are flexible for trial orders and sample requests, so reach out to discuss your specific needs.
Standard orders are completed in 25-35 working days after deposit receipt and drawing confirmation. Curtain wall projects may take 40-50 working days depending on engineering complexity. Rush orders can be accommodated with advance arrangement. We provide a detailed production schedule at order confirmation.
Every order goes through our 5-step QC process: incoming material inspection, in-process dimensional checks, assembly and hardware function testing, glazing seal verification, and final visual inspection with photo documentation. We welcome third-party inspections from SGS, Bureau Veritas, or your own QC agent. Inspection reports and loading photos are standard with every shipment.
Standard terms are 30% deposit by T/T (bank wire) at order confirmation, with 70% balance paid before shipment against inspection report and loading photos. For established repeat customers, we offer flexible terms including L/C at sight. We accept USD, EUR, AUD, and RMB payments.
We ship to all major ports worldwide through Nansha (Guangzhou) and Shekou (Shenzhen) ports. Our logistics team prepares all export documentation: commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin, fumigation certificate for timber crating, and any certification documents required by your customs authority. We work with reliable freight forwarders and can arrange door-to-door delivery if needed.
