CrownNova Building Material was founded in 2012 in Nanhai District, Foshan, by a team of three engineers who had spent the previous decade working for some of Guangdong's largest aluminum extrusion plants. The founding principle was simple: build better windows than the factories they came from.
Starting with a 2,000-square-metre workshop and 20 workers, the company focused exclusively on the Australian market, earning AS2047 certification in its first year. That focus on a single high-standard market forced rigorous quality habits that became part of the company's DNA.
By 2018, the factory had expanded to 15,000 square metres with three dedicated production lines: one for residential sliding and casement systems, one for commercial curtain wall projects, and one for custom OEM orders. Today, the team has grown to over 200 skilled workers serving clients across Australia, the Middle East, Southeast Asia, Europe, and Africa.

Insulated glass units (IGU) installed with structural silicone or glazing beads. Low-E, laminated, and triple-glazed options processed on site.
5-step QC process: dimensional check, hardware function test, weather seal verification, visual inspection, and final sign-off.
Custom timber or steel crating. Foam protection on all glass surfaces. Container loading supervised and photo-documented for every shipment.
